1. Appointments & Deposits

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

A $50 deposit (or $50 for every hour booked) is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are deducted from the service cost on the day.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients or services.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment via our clinic phone number (0411 379 980) or by email (info@beauface.com.au). Social media messages or staff personal numbers will not be accepted.

Reschedules or cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will also incur a 50% cancellation fee. Two consecutive no-shows will result in a booking ban.
2. Courtesy Reminders
We send SMS reminders prior to your booking. However, non-receipt of reminders does not exempt you from our cancellation policy. Attending on time remains your responsibility.
3. Running Late
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a short delay of up to 5–10 minutes, however this may reduce the length of your service.
If you arrive more than 50% into your scheduled treatment time, we will be unable to complete the service. Where suitable, an alternative service (at full price) may be offered. Otherwise, the booking will be considered a no-show and our cancellation policy will apply, resulting in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Treatment Plans /Packages / Payment Plans
- All treatment plans, packages and payment plans are valid for the stated duration and expire 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions are forfeited.
- All plans are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Savings are calculated on full retail pricing.
- Payment plans cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour cooling-off period or outside the agreed minimum term. A minimum of four (4) weeks written notice is required to cancel an ongoing plan. During this notice period, four weeks of payments will continue to be processed.
- Plans may be placed on hold for up to 3 months in cases of serious illness or hardship (management discretion). No member benefits may be used during this time.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. This applies regardless of reason, including illness. Late cancellations, no-shows or same-day changes will result in the treatment being forfeited from your package or charged at full price.
- If you experience sunburn within 5 days of your appointment, your skin is deemed unsafe for treatment. The session will not proceed and will be forfeited. It is the client’s responsibility to avoid sun exposure and wear SPF prior to treatment.
- All treatments are subject to clinical assessment. Beauface reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
- By purchasing a treatment plan or payment plan, you agree to these terms.

If you cancel part of a pre-paid plan, used treatments will be charged at full retail price.

Remaining credit can only be applied to full-priced products or treatments.

Pre-paid plans, store credit, and gift vouchers are non-transferable and expire after 12 months.

Results vary depending on individual factors such as age, medical conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
