Terms of Service

Please be aware that we prioritise your skin goals and will make professional recommendations accordingly. If a particular treatment is deemed unsuitable for your current skin condition, we will suggest an alternative option. For instance, if you have active acne, skin needling may not be recommended for you, and we will propose a more suitable treatment.

• The package is valid for 12 months, starting from the date of enrolment. 
• Package holders are entitled to discounted treatments, priority booking, and free consultations. 
• Beauface does not provide a refund on any service, prepaid treatment plans or products and they are non-transferable to any individual. 
• You may place your package on hold for up to 3 months in case of unfortunate events (e.g., medical issues, family emergencies). To activate this option, please contact us with appropriate documentation or explanation.
• Priority booking is available to package holders. However, we recommend scheduling your treatments in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.
• If you fail to give notice within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will lose that session. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule effectively and offer available slots to other clients.
• All treatments are subject to a consultation with our dermal therapists to ensure they are suitable for your skin type and condition.
• Beauface reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable for the client's health or safety.
